By booking a trip with PUREQ TRAVEL E.I.R.L., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you carefully read this document before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservations and Payments

  • A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total package price is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid before the start of your trip, according to the payment deadline established in your confirmation.
  • All payments must be made under the company name PUREQ TRAVEL E.I.R.L. through the approved payment methods (bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram).

2. Modifications

Changes to itineraries or travel dates must be requested at least 30 days in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and additional costs may apply depending on the services already confirmed (such as train tickets, Machu Picchu entrances, or hotel bookings).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made up to 30 days before the trip may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deductions for non-refundable services already paid by PUREQ TRAVEL (Machu Picchu tickets, train tickets, hotel reservations).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip are non-refundable.
  • In all cases, 20% of the total package price will be retained to cover operational and administrative costs.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification documents such as passports, visas, or permits required for entry to Peru or specific destinations within the country.

5. Responsibilities

  • PUREQ TRAVEL E.I.R.L. acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • We guarantee that all services booked through our agency will be provided as confirmed. In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, weather conditions, or natural disasters), we will do our best to offer alternative solutions.

6. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition to participate in tours and treks. We recommend consulting with a physician before traveling to high-altitude destinations. PUREQ TRAVEL is not liable for health issues arising during the trip.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your reservation with PUREQ TRAVEL E.I.R.L., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
